Info and Recipes

I thought this book was going to be just information, however about half of it was recipes which was great. I have not tried any of the recipes in the book, but I have tried several recipes in other books by Charlie Mason and they have all been great so far.

Skyler Morgan had an easy voice to listen to.

good but needs way more depth to be truly useful

I was given this free review copy audio book at my request and have voluntarily left this review.

So, this was far too short and high level in my opinion. It covers a huge range of topics/approaches to losing weight, but I didn't feel like it covered enough to really help. The narration was done well. All in all, this is a good high level overview. I just think it should be a lot longer.

A Good Overview

This is a quick and easy guide to understanding weight gain, changing your mentality, losing weight, and getting active. It's motivational if you're trying to lose weight, it presents weight loss in a straightforward no nonsense way that makes it seem easier. Mind over matter! Even if only a few of the tips in the book are followed, I think it would make a difference. The book is a good overview on weight loss and I found it interesting. I requested a copy of the audiobook, and I'm leaving a review.

Back to school on body and food

I am the kind of person that if I understand why I need to do something, I am more likely to do it and will do it better. This book into the why’s and how’s of how your body processes different types of food and how you can use that to your advantage. This is not a get skinny fast method, but instead a healthy lifestyle change. It is my favorite of the Charlie Mason books so far.

Basic understanding to help lose weight

This book breaks down what causes belly fat, its harmful effects on the modern human, and ways to combat and get rid of it. It gives some advice that most know and often hate to hear, in that to truly lose all the weight you have to both exercise and diet, but it gives some good advice in how to make it somewhat more bearable. The book gives some ways to spice up diets or get creative with exercising so that we don't necessarily make it have such a negative connotation in our minds and make it all a little more palatable. It covers quite a bit and gives some solid advice, but it is definitely a basic guide and overview of the subject, and those looking for something more in depth might be disappointed. Overall it is something everyone can listen to and apply some things to their life to help live a healthier and hopefully longer life.

I don't know it will work but

a lot of people and a lot of scientists are trying to make people healthier prettier are you sure of themselves which is very important but what happens is that we have a lot of theories and this specific one was very interesting I don't know if it's good for me because I have a disability but it's a great point of view and it was very interesting to listen to as a new way of burning your belly fat
