couldn't get through

It sounds like the reader has marbles in his mouth. I didn't even make it out of the first chapter. It might be a great book, but it is not a great audiobook.

Time saving way to get improvement hints for life

The book categorize different ideas for life improvement in 3 buckets and brings in different solution for each bucket.
Giving the book a week time you can find areas of life changed for better.

Very OTT sales pitch to get people to site

I thought some of the info was somewhat useful but knew most of it from general research and I thought the delivery/content was cheesy and aimed at vulnerable people who aren't that clued in

Creating my new life

I bought this Audible version as well as the print book and having both is invaluable. I love hearing Jonathan speak his own words and it's easy to repeat sections I need to hear more than once. He's been a great companion during walks and morning Nordic Trac sessions. And yet having the print book makes it easy to refer to and use the visuals.

I'm a GLP camper times 2 and heading back again this year. Like the camp, what this book does is allow me options for exploration to create the life I want, in my way. It's exciting. Scary. And it's happening. Thank you Jonathan.
PS to readers: if you like this book don't miss his podcasts!

Got into its realism.

Excellent representation of basics in a way easily digestible. Most of these books shove the habits down your throat. Jonathan does it in a way that doesn't go heavy on the do or die but on the realistic approach it is ok to start slow but develop the consistency. That consistency point is where he hit the right tempo. Recommended easy read, a good voice to settle into.

Helpful Information

Okay, Yes, I've heard most of this before, but I can always use. refresher. Last time I looked I had not seen or known about that many Ascended Masters so having this information in one book seems like a good idea. And, no, I am not related to the author or on his payroll.

Very worthwhile Audible Daily Deal!

Due to my stage in life (74.5 years old, married almost 49 years, father of three and grandfather of six, retired from a very rewarding career) How to Live a Good Life applies less to me than to those half my age. As one who participated in several similar programs during my business career and constantly worked to maintain a healthy balance between my career, my family (especially my responsibilities as a husband and father), and other relationships, it seems to me that Jonathan Fields' "buckets" concept is superior to other methods that I used. My impression is that it would prove valuable to almost anyone who tried it. The basic goals are to understand oneself thoroughly and to gradually change aspects that are causing your life to be less than you hope for.

I recommend this book!

Too Pushy

The narrator makes mouth sounds when he talks and I found it very distracting. There were a few ideas I really liked, but overall I didnt enjoy the way the online "community" was pushed.
