Great introduction to veganism.

Loved it, this book doesn't preach, it's well written, and informative. Definitely read if you have considered switching to a vegan lifestyle.

Very thought provoking

There were some really good arguments for not eating animal products and good facts/research included. Even if you still want to eat meat it is good to understand why others choose not to.

Changed my life

I absolutely loved this ebook and book. It was incredibly informative without being preachy. It's so supportive and really helped me answer some touch questions Ive been asked by friends, family and colleagues.

the vegan life

having chosen vegetarianism at the age of 6 - when the UK was a meat and 2 veg country - I survived many years on those 2 veg and in all honesty survived on cheese and dairy, believing I couldn't survive without! I'm now making a conscious decision to cut dairy out of my diet and the book has helped focus my mind!

Dumbing down

This book is obviously aimed at listeners who are inclined to respond to brain washing, repetition and preaching. It is a waste of time for anyone with half a brain who has already researched the subject of Veganism and is looking for helpful day to day practical tips on living a Vegan life. Hated the ‘pop culture’ delivery.

Very handy starter book

I loved this from the start! Covers everything with facts and figures. I think it would prepare anyone for he transition and help you if you are feeling conflicted. A must read.

Terrible

There is nothing why, how or everything about this book. It is very hippy dippy focusing on treatment and wellness of animals but nothing about the benefits for people and health. I couldn't bare to continue to listen in the end

Familiar content and nothing new

You can have a good list of vegan food options. Otherwise doesn't worth it. I had parts where I couldn't enjoy listening to this book. I recommend How to not die by Michael Greger.
