I first thought that this book would not be long enough, I was wrong. From people to the things we produce, it has it all. No matter what side of the management or worker table you may sit on, this is a must listen if you are interested in making money these days.

Tremendously useful
It is a great guide when you don't know where to start. It cuts all the noise of more complex methodologies to take you to the core aspects you need to fix to run a good operation. The book delivers what it promises. Highly recommended.
