Many people go through their entire lives not realizing why they feel "different" or why they don't "fit" in with their peers. They may be teased and chastised. They may struggle to make sense of the world. Other people may look at them oddly. They may grow into old age as reclusive and avoidant of others. They don't know why they feel "different", just that they do feel as though they came from another world.
If any of these things describes you, odds are good that you are an indigo child or indigo adult. If you are fortunate, you have grown up in a family of indigo children and indigo adults. You are aware that you are "special", that your family is genetically "special", and that you can grow or enhance your gifts and abilities. If you are unlucky, you have grown up in a family that hides and punishes you for being "different". Your parents or teachers may have labeled you as "spacey", "inattentive", "eccentric", and "quirky". They may have put you into special classes or even medicated you to quiet down your active mind.
Maybe you are a parent of an indigo child, and you are curious about opening up your child's skills, gifts and abilities. These abilities might initially scare the parents, teachers, or the child. However, once a person realizes that these abilities are special "gifts" that can be used for good, instead of bad purposes, the gifts and abilities become easier to work with, more targeted, and much less frightening.
You may be in shock or awe. You may be searching for answers. We will try to give you some of the answers in this book as to why you or your loved one has these abilities when others don't seem to have the same abilities. We will explain why children are more open to the abilities. We will discuss the various gifts and abilities that you might have.

honestly the worst book I have ever read. If I could get my money back I would. The title of this book is completely misleading. should have been named what is an indigo person. waste of time and space.
