Awesome, timely listen

Highly recommend this book. Very helpful for myself in looking at how my childhood relationships influence my adult romantic relationships. Felt like I was listening my life on pages. Very good and easy listen. Only recommend if you are willing to critically evaluate, self-reflect and do the work that is necessary.

Eye opening!

Audiobook narration is awful

The audiobook is awful. The narration is so difficult to even listen to. Monotone, anticlimactic and pauses in the middle of sentences. I couldn’t even process what was being said because I felt like I was listening to a robot. Tried to stick it out through a couple chapters just couldn’t do it. Worst audible purchase to date.

Good book

One of the best books I've read that has down to earth information, that really worked. Their ideas are simple but effective. Most of these books are so filled with medical jargon that you have to be a doctor to understand it, and it doesn't help. This book is different. Thanks for the help

A great informative audible for us!
