This book that Elaina St. James wrote is the best guide if you're looking to date older women! Gives you a lot of great tips on the do's and don'ts when approaching women and how to build up your confidence as well as what is to be expected. Overall, a very well put together book for young men to read and understand the importance of dating older women.

I really like this audiobook because it is short and straight to the point. I am very attracted to mature women even if they are older than me, to be honest the best sex I ever have was with a 40-plus year old woman and at the time I was 26 years old and ever since then I got addicted to older women. I love the part where the other says that you should be honest and straight to the point with what you want out of the interaction and relationship with the cougar or milf. and though we do know we need to know the difference between MILF and cougar or even sugar mama, it is definitely a good audio book to learn more about how to attract extremely attractive older women

Changed my ways of thinking for the better
The book did an amazing job in giving me insight about what it's like dating an older woman! Before I was so confused on what to do, and stressed out on how it could be different from dating people my age or younger; but this book assured me even though it can be different, it's not as hard as I think it is, and effectively showed me ways how I can be a great partner for them! Thank you for this, I'll definitely keep these tips for my future!
