horrid narration

not sure if the English of this book is written very poorly or the narrator is mixing up or skipping words. It's so distracting while listening. there are weird pauses where there shouldn't be, emphasis on words where there shouldn't be, and seemingly no quality control on the audio of the book.

Outdated

I can’t believe there are still trainers using these techniques. Maybe a case could be made for a dangerous dog, but I can’t imagine treating my dog like this. If you need to train your dog in such a way that makes you the alpha, then you’re probably not a good fit to share your home with a dog. There are far too many good training books to waste your time on this one, in my opinion.

That's not a very long book so it wasn't terribly bad It was just so so. if it had been longer I probably would not have finished it. It had a couple of good points but in my opinion wasn't the greatest for learning.
