Publisher's Summary

Learn how to make people laugh, and improve your social life through the use of humor.

One of the biggest misconceptions about being funny is that you are either a natural-born comedian or you can’t tell a joke to save your life. The truth of the matter is that being funny is a talent, and like any other talent or skill, it can either be developed or neglected.

It's proven that women are much more attracted to a man that has a good sense of humor - and this goes the other way around, too! That being said, it's very important to have a good sense of humor in order to be attractive to the opposite sex, and being funny can actually help you turn into a great conversationalist.

Misses the Mark... By a Lot

This is hardly an 'Ultimate Guide'. At best, it's a brief overview on the topic. But my biggest complaint about the content of the book is that it spends 80% of the reader's/listener's time explaining how NOT to be funny (what to avoid). As for the 20% of the book where the focus is on being funny, it's very broad and non-specific. Plus, none of the few examples are funny in any way.
