It will never be easy to understand others but surely you can understand that person if you know how to listen and keen. This is a very useful audio book especially if you are into business. I recommend this!

Too many acronyms.
This very short book is probably a useful primer for those who struggle with basic interactions, but some of it does fall into the realm of "common sense" for the rest of us. I definitely did learn some interesting things from it though, so not wasted time. One problem is the bewildering array of acronyms the author employs, which very quickly becomes confusing.
The narrator is OK, but the quality of the recording could have been better.
