I couldn’t listen for very long. Ironically, the voice was putting me to sleep. Please Audible, don’t use AI to narrate your books. Human beings are so important and need jobs. Perhaps it’s cost-effective for you to do it this way, but you’re ruining the world one AI narrator at a time. On that note, I don’t want to read any books written by AI either. Thanks.

In the last 2 months I have listened to 50+ audio books, this is the shortest one and the one that made the most immediate impact on my life, after one week I wake up at 6:30 instead of 8-9, Energised, drink my coffee and do some stretching & meditation. I go for a morning run 3 times a week( something I only could dream about). Amazing & simple concepts that helped me to do the mental switch- Sleep for 6-7 hours, train yourself to focus on the positives and rewards ( wake up from first alarm instead of snoozing makes all the difference). Great book, 30 minutes of pure value.

not only did I hate listening to a computer the final chapter is the word "Underscore" repeated multiple multiple times. this would not happen if a human was in charge
