Toward the end of his life he wrote a beautiful book in which he shows us – perhaps the most important calling of our time – how to let go of anger and resentment, and induce love, thereby not only realizing the great goal of humanity to act from unconditional love but furthermore as heaven is a reflection of earth hence like mist rises and creates clouds that become the rain (in an ongoing pattern…) so when we act from love we cause that our destiny from G-d should likewise create greater love and blessings.
Much of the concepts in this book are based on the concept of Sefiros.
Sefiros are the ten “spheres” / levels (3 intellectual and 7 emotional) through which the Divine Energy which kind of first begins (or manifests, in the level of Kesser) Crown, moves through these levels.
Everything in the universe is a result of and in imitation of these levels.
Hence as we engage say in love instead of resentment, we cause that the force of Divine energy which comes to us is likewise.
It is also important to explain “The Shechina.” A story is told of an antisemite who mocked Rabbi Akiva, “You say you have one G-d, yet you say wherever there is a Minyan the Shechina (presence of G-d) comes?!”
(In other words “as there are many Minyans how many Presences of G-d, are there?”)
He explained by giving him an example from a home that has many windows, all letting in the light of the one sun.
So G-d – the Shechina – His Prescence seeks to be present in and through us.
It is also important to mention, the terminology “Kelipa” which are bad angels that desire to distract us, judge us, and conceal the infinite truth that we are all a part of, and capable of being a reflection of the Infinite Loving, All Compassionate, Noble, Kind, Caring Creator.
Enjoy a beautiful timelss practical meachsnism to overocme anger and turly love!
