please don't waste your money... just use google
all the information about gout in this book can be found literally by doing Google search if you don't mind wasting few bucks go ahead but damn it seems like this author just copied and pasted all the information from Google by adding some of his personal experience by adding story but as a gout patient myself this book was completely uselss.
