This book is a fascinating listen

This book is a fascinating listen for those who are formal or informal leaders!! My thoughts were challenged as I examined how to apply the concepts from the book to my areas of leadership, as well as my personal life. Each chapter was full of new insight that allows the reader to practically apply the analogy of gardening to the daily demands of work or life. Overall, it was a tremendous book that encouraged me to rethink how I lead, so that I can do so more effectively.

All About Emotions

The book gave me quite a bit to think about but was very easy to read and apply. I'm excited to share it with staff that I work with and have broader discussions about how we can use the ideas presented to make us all stronger and more effective.

Not much new here

Really just an amalgam of previous books that are very difficult to work through as an audiobook. Might be worthwhile in hard copy or if there were some downloadable pdf lists and actions
