The voice of the reader was probably the best possible voice for this story.

Layla, because she's fucking hot.

Her voice was simply perfect for the job, and she got different voices for the different characters. If she's reading this review, I recommend that she try doing more stories like this.

The end really tied the whole story together.

Full disclosure: I got this story thanks to a free code from the author. However, I already own the story in eBook form. And I already loved it, so I was pretty much bound to give a positive review. The reader's voice just made it better.

You would think that being forced into a loveless marriage to ensure an alliance would be unheard of in this day and age. And in most cases, you would be correct in that assumption. But not for me.
