This story took me by surprise, in such a great way. I loved how very real the story became in presenting childhood trauma, representing how vital it is for not just kids to get counseling when needed, but also for the caregivers to get counseling for themselves.
I loved the characters, both the leads and supporting characters. They were all layered and authentic. The narrators also did such a fabulous job portraying the characters.
