When a young white girl and black boy are found sexually tortured and murdered side by side on the notorious HOLMWOOD estate, racial tensions reach an all time high. With the top brass putting the pressure on the Edmonton Special Crime Group to up their game, everyone knows the SIO of this latest case will have their work cut out.
It falls to DI Peter Moone to step up and take the lead on a case muddied by local racist groups and drug dealers, and one that could lead to the end of the Edmonton Special Crime Group forever.
Moone soon comes to realise that his case, and an investigation led by an old flame, DI Sonja Field, are connected. This leads them both into a world of snuff films and a wall of silence on the estate that they somehow have to break… or watch the Edmonton team finally fall from grace.
