The proprietor of a high-end boardinghouse in Atlanta, Georgia and her two female boarders find their lives permanently altered when a young woman from the hills of Tennessee takes up residence in their home. Her presence causes long hidden secrets to emerge, which should have remained concealed, and new ones to form.

Luna Star, a Burly-Q chorus showgirl with a questionable history has been residing in Clara's boardinghouse for over a year without issue, until recently, as she begins to feel watched.

Chloe Long, a published author is only seeking peace and solitude so she can begin work on her second novel. But it's not so easy when there's only a thin bedroom wall separating you from the other boarder who appears to have questionable morals and an incompatible sleep schedule.

Then once Mary comes into their lives, the real nightmare begins, as they all find themselves battling against an unseen enemy, as well as an uncertain future.
