The Motivation Report

By: Will Sterling
  • Summary

  • Designed to motivate, challenge, and inspire you, Will Sterling keeps you on your toes with content ranging from motivational speaking to thought provoking interviews, and scripted content. Rather than approaching the motivational speech as a guru telling "you" what to do, the format speaks from the "I," understanding that my journey and all its ups and downs works as a more effective example for wellness. So join me on my journey, and maybe you'll find some small pieces of wisdom to help you on yours.

  • Absence vs Abundance
    Nov 14 2023
When you think about your life do you see absence or abundance? Sometimes the problems of our days add up to distract us from the fact that we have a lot more blessing than curses. Let's talk about how to reframe our perspective to focus on what's going right in our lives vs what's going wrong. Is it easy? No, to be honest. But it is worth it.

  • If The End is The Beginning, Then We Begin Again
    Oct 31 2023
It's alive! IT'S ALIVE!! The Motivation Report returns! And on Halloween, what a perefect day to resurrect it from the dead and give it new life like Frankensein's monster. This time, I'm doing this for me. Let's learn to grow together through the magic of relating to one another's specifics and authenticity, and not by trying to please others or appeal to the masses. I tried that for a long time and it didn't work. So starting now, MREP returns to bring you some thought provoking topics at my leisure. But I always promise to remain thought provoking, encouraing, and inspiring. Or at least, I can only hope that's how I come across!

  • The End is the Beginning
    May 19 2020
After almost 4 years and 69 episodes, The Motivation Report has reached its final chapter. It has been an undeniably incredible adventure in producing this show. And before I moved on to something new, it was important to me to give the show the ending it deserves. I am a sucker for a good ending, after all.
I am so filled with gratitude for your listenership, for sharing these life lessons I've learned along the way. Because, as it turns out, in the end the lessons were not just mine to impart to you. They were also mine to learn. I have become a better man because of this show. Because of you. Thank you for listening. Thank you for supporting. Thank you for writing in. It will always be one of the most important creative projects of my life. Where I am going I could not have gone, without The Motivation Report. And without you. So, wherever that may be, I hope you'll join me on that next adventure.
