WoW! I rarely do reviews on books

FIRST OFF.. I don't like to do reviews on books, I think that everyone takes a book, novel, art in their own way... So I wouldn't want to try to convince them otherwise...
So, I wouldn't call this a "Review" so to speak, more like A Declaration of Gratitude to this amazing, talented Author...
I found this to be a surprisingly GREAT series!! It had a very relatable story line of the typical "falling out of love with your husband" but "wanting to still be in love with your husband"... BUT, there was a TWIST, a secret, a piece of the puzzle missing... Little did she know that she would fall back in love with her husband for who he truly is, and also find love within herself. I don't want to give the story away....
Ms. Reid's told of their journey together so real, so intriguing, and kept it on fire throughout.... It wasn't too much, nor too little.. It was perfectly in between... I have to say that out of ALL OF THE BOOKS I've listened to on Audible, THIS ONE HAS BEEN MY FAVORITE series SO far!!
I look forward to hearing more by Ms. Reiss....

Yes, a good listen

This book took me 3 days to finish. I love it when you are left trying to figure it out between listening sessions. This one Kept my interest and the listening was easy on the ears. Love his voice, it helped make the character. I also enjoyed the way it was read. It read like watching a movie. Details when necessary. Was totally worth the credit

took to me to a whole other place

a little repetitive on the sexual conduct. but the story line was detailed and easy to understand. I was constantly into the story .never bored.

Absolutely Great!

I couldn't wait to finish this story and now that I have, I'm sad it's over! I was sucked in and held captive! I will admit that I had to listen to the beginning a couple of times as I was confused but then I got what was going on. Definitely worth a credit! I so got caught up with the characters and their lives! And of course Elena and Sabastion are always great! Besides Lauren Blakley being #1, CD Reiss is now 2nd on my list of favorite authors!

Took me places!

I cried through the first half of this book, simply due to all the feelings it brought up. That said, HOW IN THE HIGH, HOLY F&€K DID SERENA NOT END UP WITH A BASEBALL BAT TO THE FACE FROM DIANA? 🤬WHY DID DIANA NOT MAKE IT A STIPULATION FOR ADAM TO STAY AWAY FROM HER ONCE REUNITED?? I CALL BULL! 8/10

Love this book

Words can’t describe how I feel about this book. I will say I learned some things I didn’t know listening to this series. Very erotic book. AWESOME narration

Loved it!

Not so perfect characters trying to figure out what they need and how they feel about each other with emotional plot twists and not so typical sexual encounters.
