A sweet heart warming romance

I loved, loved Austin and Hannah’s best friend to forever romance. The story is filled with all the emotions, the connections and the love plus, real relatable issues are addressed and resolved. Austin Petersheim is Amish and is kind but a bit self-centered. He is particularly proud of the peanut butter he makes and sells. Hannah has been Austin’s best friend since childhood. Hannah is in love with Austin but he is more interested in another community member, Priscilla. Austin’s nine year old twin brothers, Alfie and Benji, provide good natured comic relief as they try desperately with the help of Dinah and Ruth Ann, Hannah’s young cousins, to get Austin to fall in love with Hannah and forget about Priscilla. The chapters from the twin’s points of view were a unique twist and added quite a bit of humor to the story. On their way to their happily ever after, Austin and Hannah experience a number of missteps and misunderstandings mostly caused by Austin’s self-centeredness and the manipulation of Priscilla but they get there in the end . This was a beautiful story of finally getting out of your own way in order to see what has always been right in front of you. It is full of grace, love, kindness, and forgiveness with the beautiful backdrop of the Amish community’s faith and lifestyle. His Amish Sweetheart is a delightful tale - expect to giggle, gasp, cry and swoon. I was feeling all the feels with this one.

Callie Beaulieu did a phenomenal job narrating the stories and characters into life with enough change of inflection, tone and cadence to voice multiple characters quite convincingly.

Great story

It was a wonderful story of love, kindness, and giving of one’s self for the love of others. A cute story which also involved two little boys who got easily into mischief. So entertaining it made me laugh. Loved it!

Loved it

I love the characters especially the twins!! This was not only a romance but also was so funny at times. The 9 year old twin boys and their friends were GREAT and yes loveable even while trying their mother's patience! This is a MUST read in this series!!!!

Cherish or friendship or both test of your true intentions.

I love the boy’s determination to make others see others differently so they can get what they need & want . If only we all could fallow our desires that way .
To grow up the adults learn hard lesson of friendship & loyalty & not so much. Stay fast with honor & God puts you on the right path .
