Three Short Sensual Romances

Three quick stories of love, death, life and sex. Great to fill in between long books and longer series. Author narrates. I recommend using a more varied approaches to where pauses are placed in sentences, too many end up 2/3 of the way through the sentence. 1. Ice. Is that storm outside or in Aimee and Blane's marriage? 2. The Chance. Beryl is still grieving her recently deceased spouse, Thomas. Yet, they meet again. 3. Sweet Revenge. Lyric and her alien mate, Ta'LoovB are joking around, until they aren't.

Great read

Hip Pocket Romances: Volume One was a good quick read by Linda Mooney. This set of books cnsists of three stories that are between thirty and fourty five minutes long; Ice, The Chance and Sweet Revenge. Ice follows Amy trying to bring zing and zest back into her marriage. The Chance follows Beryl and Tomas had a stupid argument the night before he died and Beryl hasn't been able to forgive herself for it. She has always wanted to tell him how much she loves himone last time and she is involved in an accident which gives her that opportunity. Sweet Revenge foloows Lyric and her mate Ta'Loov hitting eachother with practical jokes.

3 quick romances for everyone

This anthology is less than an hour which puts each book roughly around 20 minutes. Each one is a small novella ranging from CR, PNR and Sci-Fi romance. I personally liked the 2nd and 3rd ones best. The narrator did a great job at changing her voices up to match the characters.
