This is a simple and effective self-improvement book that focuses on the importance of good habits. I appreciated that it is not repetitive and that the author has divided the book into sections/chapters so you can focus on the ones most important to you for improvement. The book is short but effective, different than other books that keep repeating the same complex theories.

This book is absolutely incredible. There are several different sections if you are specifically looking to change one thing or another. But I highly recommend you listen to this book in it's entirety. The author presents so many ways for us to direct our focus on healthy changes in our habits and routine. So many of us feel stuck and could truly benefit if we changed our line of thinking. With this handy little book change is possible. And with change comes the confidence we all need to feel better about our lives and where we are heading!
