Publisher's Summary

A common denominator among most new traders is that, within six months of launching their new pursuit, they are out of money and out of trading. High-Probability Trading softens the impact of this "trader's tuition," detailing a comprehensive program for weathering those perilous first months and becoming a profitable trader.

This no-nonsense book takes a uniquely blunt look at the realities of trading. Filled with real-life examples and intended for use by both short- and long-term traders, it explores each aspect of successful trading.

PLEASE NOTE: When you purchase this title, the accompanying PDF will be available in your Audible Library along with the audio.

Best book on Trading I've read

This is an excellent book on trading. One of the best I've read. TEchnical ANalysis for Dummies was also a great book even though the title sounds dumb, but I'm glad this book was made available on audio.

Pretty good book. Covers everything.

Beginners will definitely learn a lot new insights, whereas more experienced traders will refresh their minds and come across ideas they are already familiar with. Thanks.

An essential insight

This book illustrate how one's Psychology determines one success and not mere strategy.
Without the discipline of sticking to your trading plan and money management the best strategy and trading courses will fail you.

What aspiring traders should read first

If I could look back this would be what I wish was recommended to read first when first started trading. Very underrepresented book in the trading realm imo.

Everyone mentions Reminisces, Wizards series, How I made 2 million, HTMMIS, etc. which are all great books in their own right. But they do not provide the groundwork of making a trading (ie business) plan, developing an edge/system, very specific rules, etc.

In retrospect believe that this book along with "One Good Trade" from SMB Capital are the two that aspiring traders should go to first before actually starting trading.

Very Thorough Book

I love it! It's obvious why so many other readers have given this book high praise.

The book covers topics like where to put stops, how to overcome self defeating habits, using several time viewpoints together, like the 5 minute, 15 minute & 30 minute window together for more accuracy for entries and exits, the importance of volume, the flaws of over trading, the biggest mistakes beginners make & many more topics.

Don't wonder if this is worth the listen. It Is!

The author kept trading information flowing throughout the entire book. Absolutely on par with real world trading. The experience and knowledge shared was as if I he was sitting in chair next to me during trading hours. Also the audio person did a great job. Thank you.

Really Great book

This book laid it all out step by step, entry, EXIT, money management, risk ratios, trading strategies/plans. If someone that listens to this book and does not become a better trader or at least set out on the right track of trading needs to just move on to something else.
