Very Relaxing

I didn't realize that there would be meditations at the end of this audiobook. I am glad I took the time to stop and participate. I haven't felt this relaxed and free in a long time. I enjoyed both the spoken text and the meditations, and will listen to this one over and over again.

Oh for a version without the music

I find myself unable to receive the import of the spoken words in the way that I could in Body Centered Inquiry. The music either heightens my anxiety or causes me to fall asleep. The verbal content is fabulous as usual. Too bad someone perverted it with this uninspiring music. I loved Jonathan's flute playing tastefully interspersed in the other recording.
