Hated the virtual voice

The story was good wish there was a little more history involved but very interesting; extremely hard to listen to though

The AI is hard to listen to

The emotions are lacking. A distraught parent isn't going to respond as the AI read it. I feel like I'm listening to a teen presentation of the book reading. I can't tell if I like the story or not bc im busy trying to add emotion to the words to get the full feel of the story.

virtual voice narrator was awful

It was a virtual voice narrator. I almost DNFed it because of that. The story itself wasn't bad so if I could do it over, I would choose to just read this one myself. A lot of the narration just sounded awkward, especially swear words. I wanted to find out how it ended, so I stuck with it, but it put me off any more Audible books with virtual voice.

Terrible virtual voice narration

There is no emotion or inflection with virtual voice. Ruined the book for me. I will ensure narration is by a person from now on.
