Time Travel At It's Best!
Time travel romance at it's best! I absolutely loved this story and know I will go back and listen to it again in the future. Chris Karlsen has a gift for taking you into the story and making you feel like you are right there watching the characters in person. The characters were enchanting and I found myself caring for them all. Of course I especially loved the “swoon worthy” heroes! This book is well worth listening to for anyone who enjoys a time travel romance set in both medieval & modern times.
Tim Campbell does an amazing job of narrating and bringing the story to life.

After finishing the book
I decided I really did enjoy the story and I did get used to the narrator. I was a bit disappointed in the ending... I felt a bit sorry for Elinor, silly really but all in all it was a well written story. I especially enjoyed the banter between the two main characters. While book two doesn’t really appeal to me after hearing the narrator... I’m going to get started on book three!

Wow! What a story!
What made the experience of listening to Heroes Live Forever the most enjoyable?
The story is well crafted and wonderful, and listening to Tim Campbell bring it to life made it so enjoyable. It adds another dimension to the story when it is performed with a talented narrator who's voice fits the characters, and listening to his deep voice is amazing.
What other book might you compare Heroes Live Forever to and why?
I don't mind time travel books, but it's not my favorite, but when handled well, it becomes so believable, like this one. I guess it could be compared to some of Karen Moning's Highlander novels, or Kathryn LeVeque's Crusader series, which are also believable time travel novels.
Have you listened to any of Tim Campbell’s other performances before? How does this one compare?
Yes, I have listened to several by Tim Campbell and love when he narrates! As for this story, he also did an amazing job.
Was this a book you wanted to listen to all in one sitting?
It is a bit long for one sitting, so I didn't. The story is a little more complex and I enjoy savoring it, rather than finishing it all in one day. Although I'll admit, it was hard to put down once I started it.
Any additional comments?
I thought this book was well worth the credit and loved the story and the narration! I look forward to reading another story by Chris Karlsen.
