Informative

When I first started reading this book, I did not know what an anti-tussive, a galactagogue, and many other terms meant. I had to look them up. Once I did that, I found this to be very informative, and I look forward to trying out a lot of these remedies in my own life. The author just assumes that you are going to know what these medical terms mean. Some of them are archaic terms that are not really used anymore, so a lot of us aren’t going to know what they mean, but we can always look them up ourselves.
