Cute easy story
This is my first time with this Author and Narrator. I found this story to be a cute and easy story to listen too. I thought Dominic and Kate had great chemistry. The outcome was pretty obvious but mostly because it is like most romance novels but getting there was still cute. I can see myself picking back up on the remaining books in the series at some point.

Contains foul language
My idea of a "sweet" story should not have cursing. I counted over 30 conversations with cursing, including two "G.D.'s" At first, there was one or two per chapter, then it got worse around chapter 14. It ruined an otherwise good story. At least it was in the Escape package and didn't cost me a credit. Can't there be two versions of these kinds of books, the original and a "clean" one for people who like the story but not the language?

Narration frustrating
Narrator drops "t's" - unfortunately in words like Payton one of the characters, which sounds like "Pay-un" and eaten, "ea-un"etc. She doesn't do it with all words, but often enough to make me grind my teeth.

Sweet story
I enjoyed this book. Sweet story and a happy ending without explicit sex scenes. The one drawback was the male voice for the characters they all sounded a lot alike and sometimes it’s hard to tell the difference.

Waste of time
i stopped listening with two hours remaining on the story. I just couldn't take anymore. The story is pretty flat and repetitive, there were only so many "she had a difficult day and was surprised to find him at home at the end of the day" that I could take.
Also, and more importantly, this is listed as "clean and wholesome" There is a lot of foul language and I never heard an actual sex scene but, there were plenty of sexual references and fantasizing from the characters.
My opinion is that this is a boring romance that definitely shouldn't be listed under "clean and wholesome"
If you're expecting something like a Jennifer Peel or Jenny Proctor. ...this is not it!
