I wish the author would publish this earlier

There is nothing worse than experiencing something and have no idea what is happening... having someone explain to you and describe your symptoms exactly as you feel it is the beginning of real healing and also the light at the end of the darkest tunnel. You need not only read this book, but try to apply as fiercely as you can its teachings. It will help you and heal you !

This book is wonderful! All my life I went thru a lot of negativity and this book really showed me what it takes to overcome all worries as well as anxiety. I would definitely suggest to anyone to read this and take that step to enjoy life for what it is!

I tend to replay past events like a broken record. Declutter your Mind has helped me to focus on the present, stop worrying about the future, and, most importantly, to stop reliving the past. I highly recommend it.

Helped my anxiety!

It's hard enough to deal with an onslaught of anxiety and panic attacks from normal activities such as socializing, driving or just going pick up groceries but when you can't particularly explain the sensations or even begin to understand them yourself then it's a living nightmare. I can tell you if you really want to live your life and not live your life with anxiety, then give this a try.

Book That Makes Sense!

Must read to cure anxiety

This book is so relatable. I have read so many “self-help” books, anxiety books, etc... and this one has been by far the most helpful. I even got a professional, licensed counselor and they agreed that it was a great tool. They said they’re going to have to buy a copy for theirselves as well!

Life saving Book

This book has changed my life. I’ve battled with anxiety for the past two years. I had tried therapy, medication, exercise, CBT, etc, and it was still a struggle to make it though most days, feeling completely trapped inside my own head. This book completely changed my relationship with the anxiety— I have control back over my life. I highly recommend this to anyone who struggles with mild to severe anxiety.

Highly Recommended

This book was very helpful. Definitely a great explanation of anxiety and excellent strategies for individuals to deal with it. Good alternative for those who prefer not to take medication. Life Changing

I love this book. I just stare reading and it’s already helping me get back on track. Before hand I’ve always tried to avoid my anxiety and panic attacks. I now see why it’s important to just accept it and run toward it even when the anxiety and panic attacks get worse and worse. It will soon pass . I’m on the road to recovery and I’m excited!

Enlightening

This book will enlighten you if you've been suffering. I read so many books on OCD after being told that but it only made my anxiety worse. I just couldnt believe in that label and new all along it was just anxiety.
