Love Bella Jewel .This storyline was not for me.

I found it hard to enjoy this story .... I admit it was my hang up because I could not get past the fact that the history between Spike and Ciara. Ciara was Spikes first love, ended up loving her sister and marrying her and when she died .... Ciara is back in the picture again. The author did a good job of depicting the angst the two felt at that fact, but I could not get past it. That is why I reluctantly gave it three stars. Maybe worth a sale in my opinion, but not a credit, which is what I used.

Why

I just think in most MC books the women are so dumb putting themselves in danger and their man thinking they can help.. WTF

Good premise but why is the narrator yelling?

I’m all for alpha male books and whatnot... but why is the girl main character so stupid? At the major fight scene, I found myself rolling my eyes at her actions. Also, the narrator seems to yell a lot of the lines.

Makes you want your own biker

This was a great book, I feel some areas could of been more deep but overall it was deep, and makes you want your own spike.

Good story, whiny characters

I like this author's plots. Her characters are well-written, meaning they are 3-dimensional, realistic and consistent. The sexy times are hot, hot, hot.

This book has less action the previous books, but the inter-personal drama is ramped up.

My reservations in this book, as with others in this series, is the hysterics of the main female character. I know there needs to some trigger for conflict, but I can't stand to listen to her. She goes on and on and on about how her parents didn't love her best; how she has low self-esteem; and jumps to wild conclusions over and over again based on the smallest comment or action. Blow-up fights with mean name-calling, etc. then "sorry" the next day (on repeat). I would hate this woman if I met her IRL.

Also, she has possibly the most ridiculous parents on earth.

Great story.

This is a book that I loved reading and looked forward to listening to. I am always loathe to be negative but I couldn't get on with the narration. It came in only 2 tones. Normal or very shouty..often in the same sentence.
