Publisher's Summary

It’s too late to turn back now....

From the New York Times best-selling author Penny Reid

Four days left.

Private beach (and boat).

Not so invisible girl.

And maybe less of a jerk-faced bully than originally thought.

What’s the worst (or the best) that could happen?

Kaitlyn is finding life outside of the science cabinet of obscurity to be quite illuminating...and so are her pants. When things heat up between Kaitlyn Parker and Martin - previously known as the jerk-faced bully - Sandeke, she places her trust in the one person she never thought capable of earning it, let alone keeping it safe. Fortunately or unfortunately for Kaitlyn, where she gives her trust she can’t help but also give her heart.

But how will the world beyond the sanctuary of their newfound connection react to their relationship? Soon senators, chinless billionaires, and elements beyond Martin and Kaitlyn’s control want to weigh in on the young couple’s future.

Navigating the chaotic inferno of new love might be more than Kaitlyn bargained for, and much, much more than her trust - or her heart - can handle.

I Love Penny Reid’s books.

The only drawback to this series is that the 3 first books should have been one book.
Not a credit for each third of the full story.

Frustrated

I like the story , but it’s frustrating that there are so many books. I think that they could have been condensed rather than short making us use so many credits/pay.

instant replay

this could easily have been released as one book. the repeat of the last and first chapter is a bit much.
however, I love the story, the characters, the FEELS!

Families aren’t perfect…

Great story about dysfunctional families of varying kinds and how that affects interactions with others. The main female character has a poor self image which appears to be the result of bullying…READ what it says…while others, male and female, see her in a different way. She is the epitome of a self fulfilled prophecy. Loving the story, but hate that I had to get THREE books to get the whole story. One and two just end…

Dragging out storyline

This did not need to be 3 books. It’s a good story, but not worth dragging out for 3 books

Cliffhanger but great story

I hate cliffhangers. Despite this I still like this series. Wish I had found it after it was completed but otherwise it is well written, is a weird strong heroine whom I can relate to, and has a bad boy love interest whom you really want to pull his head out of his rear, or at least get a therapist.

As well??????

The narration is spotty. Don’t get me wrong, I loved her voice - it works perfectly for a Penny Reid character however, she mispronounced some very simple words. Punctuation is questionable.

What was up with the word whisker “as well“????? I guess it WAS a rough year….but paying for all 3 segments? Tough, I spent a load of $$
