Publisher's Summary

Once voted the Sexiest Man Alive, Jericho Beaumont dominated the box office before his fall from grace. Now poised for a comeback, he wants the role of Laramie bad enough to sign an outrageous contract with top producer Kate O'Laughlin - one that gives her the authority to supervise JB's every move. Despite her better judgment, Kate's attraction to JB flares into an explosive passion, but is she being charmed by the real Jericho - or the superstar who dazzles the world?

Great Book!

Loved this book! The characters are so well developed that you can't help but be drawn to them. Really good story line. I hated for it to end. Suzanne Brockmann is a master at storytelling!

Outstanding!

Suzanne Brockmann, one of my favorite authors has done it again! All the intense emotions of the protagonist, antagonist and every person expressed in this book was heart gripping and very appropriate to life. A truly scintillating book from start to finish.

Good story. Narrator ruined it tho

I love SB’s books, this one no exception.
The narrator ruined it tho. His regular voice was just great, but his awful inflections when reading conversations was so annoying it was a struggle not to just delete it. He made every person’s conversation sound like either a question or like they were talking to a moron.
Lowenstein needs to read conversation parts in his normal voice and stop with his weird inflections.

OK, but Suz has better books

The plot is a bit weird. It sometimes skips days, and other times it spends lots of time in a few minutes of interaction. I am used to the Troubleshooter series, that have more action and it flows more.
