You know a writer is very talented when they can make you laugh and cry. Bring all of your emotions to the forefront Make You Love a character and break your heart. A very spicy book with an amazing story.

it broke my heart whats going on however i have hope that SHADOW will rise again better than ever and get back to Mari.... absolutely inlove with this series. i am excited for the next one.

I CAN’T GET ENOUGH !!!

I am absolutely in love with this series. Every time a new book coming out I can’t get to it fast enough. I laughed, I cried. Crystal Ash has done an amazing job making you fall in love with these characters and I truly can not wait to listen to the next book.

An emotional love story, ending with hurtful decisions.

My heart is broken, in more ways than one. I really hope the next book fixes some of these messed up relationships. I just wish some of them would listen to others and respect what they say.

Tear Jerker

I am a romantic at heart ❤ I can not get enough of is series. I could do without the sex scenes but the story line has me on the edge. I cried with Mariposa, felt the pain, the anger, the heart break.

This series is so good. It keeps getting better and better! I did not see the ending coming. Super excited for the next book!

Such an emotional book. The Steel Demons keep on going on. The continuation of this book in the series is even better than the beginning of the series. There is never a dull moment and lots of twists and turns. I can’t wait to see what happens next. Beware, you may find yourself pissed off at some of the characters more than once.

This was the happiest and the saddest book. wish I would have waited till the next book before reading this one because I need closure that only the next book or two can give.

My heart is in shreds on the floor!

Wow this book is a huge rollercoaster, let me tell you! I actually had listened to it when it first came out but the big even near the ending made me stop and was wait until book 7 and others were available on audio because I knew I wouldn't be able to get what happened in book 6 out of my mind. I won't give it away but its a doozy! Be ready for your heart to be ripped to shreds.

Before we got to that part of this epic story, we got to see Mari and Shadow really let their walls down, finally giving into to their feelings which was AMAZING to see and gave me so many tummy flutters 😍😍😍. I absolutely love Shadow and his innocence with Mari and his feelings, so dang cute with his behavior. I also love the relationship with the Sons of Odin and am so happy they got their own standalone story that just released. Cannot wait to get to theirs once I am done catching up on the SDMC world.

This book has everything you could want, has great action and suspense, some fear/harrowing moments, some adorable romance, and some steam (this author is amazing with steam but not too overpowering) and getting to see Mari try new things and get different things from her men kept everything fresh. Also some twists and turns you don't all see coming. I loved the family aspect of this world. Not just with the Steel Demons but from people reuniting or not even knowing they had family still alive to begin with. Won't say too much more but just know that the author really did a fabulous job with this world building and character development and making the reader fall for her characters and their story so easily ❤️. The baddies in this story just keep adding to their vileness and treachery. I love the dynamic with the different sides and I can't wait to see 4 Corners stand up for themselves and not being attacked all the time. I am enjoying the gods involvement increasing, that is a nice additional sub thread to the story.

Each of these books is so easily a 5 star rating from me. I loved every minute and I know I am totally gonna cry my eyes out when I get to the end. Incredible job as always, can't wait to get these all in paperback as well. 😊

I almost forgot to even mention the narration because I absolutely loved it and had no complaints whatsoever. These narrators really do a great job digging deep and giving us great performances and bring these characters to life. I loved all the difference voices and variations, incredible job! I love this dynamic duo, on my automatic listen towards or at the top of the list! I do listen on 1.4-1.5X speeds.

I can't believe I've got to wait for the next instalment..... Arghhhhh!!!!
This was such a good instalment. I listened to the whole book 9n one sitting. Again the writing, the storylines, the character development and the connection and depth of feeling felt between listener and characters because of the richness of the characters and their back stories are secon to none.
The narrators have not let us down again in this book. the expansion of Shadows character and how he has been portrayed throughout his growth is beautiful.
Another well deserved 5 ☆ listen.
