I think both the audio edition and print version of this book are of high quality and excellent.

I was surprised to learn that eating chocolate is good for my heart. Another memorable moment was about how a positive frame of mind is associated with reduced risk of heart disease.

Chris Brinkley did a great job. His narration brings another dimension to the story and makes the content more interesting.

As this is a no-fiction book, I don't think it will be made into a film.

My grandfather died from heart attack. Due to family history, I always look out for new information to prevent and reverse heart disease. The simple lifestyle changes in this book are natural and holistic. Highly recommended!
