Start to finish easy to understand

I am desperately needing to learn how to meal plan to help manage my weight. Purchased this meal planning digital audiobook because it has all the information I need to get started. It is easy to listen and understand and has good recipe ideas. I am happy I purchased it.

Extraordinary audible on Healthy Meal Prep

Lots and lots of great recipes that you would never think of! I love The variety of different choices and it has helped me change a lot of sweet tooth habits I have had trouble with. So many yummy healthier alternatives for desserts! I wish There were more options for vegetarians

Awesome audio book

I truly like the book. The plans are somewhat out of the crate a great deal of the time. However, the feast plans were somewhat deceptive, I figured it would have more plans later outset you can do that yourself.As a bustling mother of three, I am continually searching for approaches to get suppers on the table all the more rapidly. Feast prep has been extremely popular, however in many cases the nourishment we can make and stop early aren't the most beneficial, similar to substantial meals.

I like this book

I like this book a lot. I've tried fifteen or so recipes and most of them have been winners. They are tasty, contain mostly common ingredients, easy to prepare, healthy, and store well. Highly recommend this book for someone looking to save time and money and have healthy meal options to take to work.

Very easy to follow recipes with useful storage

Very easy to follow recipes with useful storage tips throughout. Each recipe species how long it can be stored in the refrigerator and freezer (if freezable) which makes meal planning for the week or for vacation so much easier!

The plans are easy to follow and I loved this book

The plans are easy to follow and I loved the pictures. The meal plan included with each week was helpful as well. But, even though each individual recipe had the calorie count, it would have been nice to have the days total calorie count included in the day.
