Be a healthier you

This is a good basic guide to eating healthier with the how to and the knowledge of why you should eat the foods suggested. It is a broader than just a little diet book, by giving some more background info on what kind of foods should be eaten and for what reasons. It is a good starting point in the ever expanding need to consume better food to energize and keep our bodies working properly. The narration by Skyler Morgan is solid and presents all of the information in a good varied performance that doesn't make it seem like you are listening to someone speak at you in a monotone voice. Overall a good jumping off point to start eating healthier today.

Practice Eating healthy..


This 44 page book covers reasons why you should and shouldn't eat certain foods and drinks.

It discusses nutrition and the science behind it, eating right, and why incorporating exercise is beneficial.

Skyler Morgan did well with the narration.

I'm listening to a lot of guiders

okay I'm listening to a lot of guiders about eating healthy from a lot of perspective and this eating healthy and suggesting you of another perspective of how to eat healthy it's a nice guider and you have some very very smart things in it I like it's a lot and I will take my suggestions and we'll build my own menu from all those books
