The pediatrician Dr. Alvin Eden, author of the best-selling book Healthy Kids also offers his advice about prevention. But as the helpful TNPC female moderator points out, these recordings aren't intended to provide expectant parents with "doom and gloom" forecasts. They simply aim to show women which normal physical responses to anticipate during a magical experience, and what lifestyle behaviors to avoid to increase the chances of a perfectly healthy pregnancy.
