Wonderfully written

it's good to throw in your gym bag to find a quick workout idea, but otherwise, I would say just to find a few Workouts gyms you like and check their websites for the workout of the day.

I have several of these books, and I really like how the book divided into section with several to choose from in each section. Would highly recommend this book to both beginners and intermediate trainers to incorporate in training routine..

Great book at a great price

I bought this for my wife because she was looking for workout ideas. This book has an unbelievable variety of workouts for women. One of the best features is that it has a section for exercises that are done in a gym, and a section that shows exercises done at home. The exercises are suitable for men as well.

Love it!

Love it! No diet log includes enough room for my calorie counting or interval training, but this one comes the closest. I just use the extra weight training lines for my calories and interval training. Just like with a workout, you'll get out of your exercise/diet log what you put into it.

Extraordinary book!

So glad I found this book

This is a superior reference for persons with or without the time to exercise. The focus is on exercise science and the growth of high intensity interval training, to improve health. However, the primary aim of the research leading to the recommendations is the endpoint of cardio respiratory fitness.
