There are several smart things in here which I'd never heard before, that I present to my doctor, who confirmed them. Now I wonder why is it that I didn't learn these important bits of medical science that improved my health dramatically from my doctor? A good listen with possibly life altering information that isn't easily found elsewhere, even from one's doctor.
