I was kind of skeptical about how the wheat free diet works or why for that matter.This book has certainly opened my eyes to the harmful effects and chemicals that are in wheat today!!<br/>I really recommend this book!!

This book certainly provides insights on 'wheat belly'. In fact, I was totally clueless on what is that, but this book provides great info. Simple and easy steps to follow, which I will recommend for anyone whom cares about health.The book has tips and ways that can be applied.

Informative and Helpful!

What a great book! I have struggled for years with my diet. I have researched so many different avenues of what was making me sick and could only determined that I must have a food allergy. I was told by a friend to cut out wheat and this is why! The author affirms many of the issues that I was seeing when I included wheat in my diet and what it could ultimately lead to for me if I continued to eat it long term. She also tells you how to avoid wheat without having to go above and beyond. It's a switch I think our culture should make to all live longer and healthier lives.

I've been following a low-wheat-diet plan since a very long time. In the past year I had let some grains back into my diet. I followed the plans in this book by heart and down one pant size, feel awesome! Now I am following a straight and narrow diet plan which say,no grains, limited carbs, no sugar and this book definitely gave me the abs I wanted.

Life Changing.

I learned so much. I took Wheat out of my diet for a few weeks and when I ate it again, I immediately cramped up. The subject is well explained and interesting enough to keep listening. The subject is vital to everyone's health. It's not just about gluten anymore.
