Revealing the truth behind wheat belly

Whenever a new diet trend arises, it is often hard to tell the difference between what is true and what is wishful thinking. Many of us want to lose weight but struggle to do so. Every new diet plan is an opportunity; it provides hope that maybe this time one will get positive results.

Often diets make promises about potential results, but it can be hard to separate what is fact and what is essentially fantasy. Wheat Belly: Too Good to Be True? Separating the Facts from Fantasy takes an objective look at the wheat belly concept, offering facts while also trying to dispel any myths about the diet.

Isn't it time to get an objective look at the latest diet craze without all the hype and unnecessary noise that surrounds it? Learn the facts, not the fiction. And truly discover if it will work for you.

What a Joke

I bought this book to hear the other side. Because it looks like it was written by the promotion department of Kellogg's or General Foods. Big Ag, Big Pharma, Big Food, the AMA and others with a financial interest in Americans staying fat and unhealthy are the real culprits along with wheat.
