The body, no longer able to withstand the demanding routine, starts to show signs of wear and tear. And the biggest and most dangerous manifestations of an unhealthy lifestyle are obesity and being overweight.

Informative<br />

The book was short and specific to women over forty. It provided some good tips on key nutrients and dietary tips that are easy to incorporate as well as exercise recommendations.
