Excellent cookbook, lots of recipes that don't require lots of effort to cook. I tried the Slow Cooker Caribean Black Beans, is a Mouth watering recipe!!!, you must try. I Will definitely try more from this cookbook.

Each recipe is healthful.

In spite of busy schedule there's no more excuses it"s because of this book that gave us the simplest idea and taking in savory food to our taste. Good book for sharing. Can easily plan your meals for the week with this. Thorough and just a great supplement to everyone's recipe book collection.

Narration is very good.

My partner and I are extremely busy and rarely have time or energy to cook a full meal when we get home from work. I’m really interested to try meal prepping to see if it helps us stick to our diet and gives us more time to enjoy our evening. So far I really like this book

Good variety of recipes.
