Good book, great advice

this is one of the best book on the low carb keto diet that i have personally liked as there is a clear description of how the diet works. the insights are very helpful to lose weight effectively
If i had to describe this book it one word it would be simple. to some it might be a bit too simple but it was good enough for me. i've only just started getting into the keto diet and so far this book has helped.

I try this!

This diet makes sense to me. I have struggled with type two diabetes for years. I have unconsciously begun to adopt many elements of this helpful authors plan, and my a1c, tryglicerides, cholesterol and blood sugar are finally within normal levels. Now I have a plan. Thank you!

This book has introduced us very interesting thing

Low carbs, short for low carbohydrates, is a complex topic. Carbs are found in a massive range of foodstuff. Some carbs are healthy: some not so healthy.This book has introduced us to the wonderfully healthy concept of losing weight using ow carb keto diet.By reading this book, i learned what are the Benefits of a Low Carb Keto Diet, Where to Begin Your Diet & What to Eat, How To Control Your Cravings, How To incorporate Exercises into your Low Carb Diet and many more useful informaion. It was a great read.

The book offers a lot of recipes for all different types of meals. This is a good book to start with if you are interested in losing weight without starving yourself. Quick way to lose weight and transform my physique permanently.

Best Book Ever!!!

This book is great for people who knows the meal-planning principles for muscle building but simply need ideas on what to eat. It is absolutely loaded with delicious recipes. This book is very easy to listen, right to the point. I found it knowlegable yet simple. Thanks Dexter!

Naturally loose weight!!!

Most other diets make food appear to be your enemy so that you feel like you hate it and not wanting to eat it. The fact is that food is not your enemy. You need it to maintain your health and to survive. This book doesn't teach you to hate food, and instead, to naturally loose weight.

It works!

It's not complicated, and the best part of this book is its short and to the point. It's pretty simple to follow once you get used to balancing your foods, you don't have to think about it after a while.

someone who desires a perfect body!

This is book isn't exactly a weight loss book but it is a book which will help you achieve the perfect body through proper consumption. Weight loss may be a part of the process but its not a final goal. The book explains properly what kind of plan we will be adapting. It gives details in calories so that the consumption is accounted for properly. The book also has some recipes which are very useful and their calorie details have been given as well.

I'm quite sure that many will get helpful with...

One of my passions is definitely connected healthy lifestyle and dieting. I have to confess that I most of the times keep over the books however this title intrigued me and after listening it I have to say that contains very interesting ideas and aspects regarding regarding the theory and practical applications of weight loss. I'm not sure if is the perfect solution for everyone nevertheless I'm quite sure that many will like and receive benefits from listening this book and this is why I decided to review in this short way at least.
