This book contains it well-explain..

I found this book really useful. It helped me to discover several types of intermittent fasting to choose from. I was originally confused what type suits me most and more importantly what is the difference, advantages and disadvantages of them. The book was really easy to follow and implement.

can't wait to start

I loved reading this book (just finished it....started a couple of hours ago on my first fasting day). I am interested in biology and science so loved the techy stuff. As someone who comes from a family with early onset Alzheimer's revealing, I have to do all I can to preserve my brain.....and I need to lose weight!

It is very informative and offers more flexible options than other IF diets which makes it easier to integrate fasting into your life. The medical benefits as well as the weight loss opportunities are well explained. An interesting read that could hopefully change your life!

Great Guide

I've read a few fasting books but this this the only one that gives you different options. I'm going to try them all and then see which one works for me rather than relying on what has worked for someone else.
