In this book, Clinger details typical errors people make when dieting. I'm not going to list them here, otherwise what is the point? I will say that he points out pitfalls and dangerous habits that we all slip into when trying to diet. He then sets out to tell how you should go about avoiding these dangers. The book has a decent run time, so that he can explain everyhing in detail, and get the points he wants made across to the listener. Sometimes, I do wish he had added a bit of humor to he book, that would have lightened the tone just a bit, but then, I guess dieting is a serious business.
As always his narratio is clean and east to understand.

Yes, because we all say we are on a "diet," but we are actually practicing a diet that is wrong. This diet mistakes are so common, I can't believe some people to this day still follow them! :(
