Informative but difficult to follow

Would you say that listening to this book was time well-spent? Why or why not?

I found the book very informative. However I think the suggestions are very difficult to follow, especially the supplements. The supplements were far too many and to manage the dosage etc is just not feasible in my opinion, unless we buy it from the man himself.

Would you be willing to try another book from Nicholas Perricone? Why or why not?

Yes or may be, just for the science behind things, not for following the prescription word to word.
