Diet book

This book has changed my life! Seriously I was dealing with candida & Sibo & have been trying everything over the past year to conquer it or at least be on the winning side & nothing worked UNTIL This Book. So happy to own this cookbook!

I am fairly new to Ketogenics and this book covers everything I need to know to get started and would be a great investment even if I was a long-time keto dieter. It's like one-stop shopping, so happy I purchased this book first and didn't waste money on others. The photos of each recipe are beautiful and so far every recipe we've mad was delicious. This will be my go-to ketogenic cookbook for sure.

The Keto Bible for Beginners and Beyond

The introduction sold me on doing Keto. Although the author is quite thin, I am not doing keto for weight loss, but rather inflammation reduction. There are many reasons to do keto. If you find your reason, get this book. I highly recommend you find the spiral bound format though so that it lies easily on the kitchen counter.

Fantastic flavor profiles!!!

Once you have the ingredients that you might not have had before (swerve sweetner, mct oil, coconut flour, etc) these really are quick and easy recipes, and completely delicious. As a bonus to the extra energy, I also lost 26 pounds within the first 6 weeks!

Full of information and recipes

My favorites so far have been the chocolate mousse and the chocolate shake. I'm excited to try the key lime bites after reading a review on here. I also like that some recipes have dairy free alternative ingredients. That is extremely helpful for me. Thank you Katylin Portman!

A lot of insight

I was looking for a way to the keto diet without all the dairy and processed meats and decided to give this a go. Every recipe I have tried is delicious. I have meal prepped for the week and everything is good as leftovers. It comes with a meal plan and grocery list for each day. If you are looking at the keto diet, I highly recommend.

What I like about this book is that, it gives an introduction of what Paleo is, this way even novices like me know what we're getting into. I loved that the author made it fun and enjoyable.

Wonderfully informative guide!!

Get cleanse get healthy

This was also a great introduction into intermittent fasting and following the eating plan made this so EASY! I need to eat keto for my health and I was reluctant. I am so glad I found Katylin Portman cookbooks. The information was priceless and I feel confident and content that I can continue to improve my health thanks to her!

Listen it !

One feature about this book and her others is the high-low label in the upper corner of her recipes that tell you the recipe is lower in carbs or higher in carbs. When losing weight, following the lower carb recipes gives you confidence you're going to succeed. If you've been doing keto and are stalling or want to start keto but don't know how, this book is perfect for you. Also, check out her other cookbooks. They're creative and delicious recipes you'll end up loving and not believe their low carb!

The best information on Keto out there...

This book is filled with information, daily meal plans for 30 days, and wonderful recipes! After losing the weight, I'm off my blood pressure medicine. I have more energy than I've ever had in my life! Get this book. Do the plan. You won't regret it!

Very detailed book.

They are very effective in weight loss and they are very good for people who are looking to lose weight at a faster rate. Getting into losing weight is a difficult job. But once you find the right foods for the job, you'll find that weight loss will come more quickly and more easily than ever before. Straightforward and take after.

Straightforward and take after. Extraordinary formulas and change outlines. Gives you a genuine comprehension of how our body separates fat instead of carbs. Great and very easy recipes, a you will refer back to it often. I learned a lot. I definitely would recommend reading this book. You would enjoy it.

Amazing cookbook.

Amazing cookbook.The Ketogenic diet is also a healthy maintenance eating plan. It is healthy and the recipes are flavorful and tasty and most are easy to make as the author gives good directions.
