very well written

In "The Mediterranean Diet for Beginners" you'll find that exact combination - an easy to follow, no-nonsense approach to more healthy eating emphasizing lean meats, lots of fresh fruits and vegetables and little to no processed food along with a lot of references to primary research resources demonstrating the value of this diet.

o be honest, it is hard for me to eat only healthy food, but Mediterranean recipes from this cookbook are very tasty and they are easy to cook, so I think this is a great book

Iam lucky to have this book

Bought this in Kindle format. I haven't finished it, but was looking for more recipes to use. This diet, or way of eating, has been easy for me to follow because you use a variety of real food to create tasty dishes with healthy fats to keep you satisfied -- and they are pretty to look at!

Excellent cook book

The book is informational and educational, and it includes a sample 7-day meal plan as well as several recipes. I find it easy to follow, the recipes are clear and easy, and taste really good. We bought it along with the Mediterranean Sow Cooker Cookbook (my husband love soups and stews) and find the two provide all we need to get started.

good book

These recipes are fairly straight-forward to prepare and overall pretty tasty. Many of them, however, don’t seem particularly Mediterranean. My go-to cookbook for Mediterranean is “The Complete Mediterranean Cookbook” by America’s Test Kitchen. The recipes in the cookbook will be more time-consuming to prepare but feel much more authentic. Nevertheless, we’ve enjoyed most of the recipes I’ve tried, so I’ve given it four stars.
